1. Definitions
“Event” means any EventsAir Education webinar.
“Cancellation” means cancellation ahead of the Event or failure to attend the Event.
“Non-attendance” means not attending the Event.
“Organizer” means EventsAir.
2. Event registration
2.1. Registration for the Event (webinar) is subject to these terms and conditions.
2.2. Participants must complete the registration process accurately and provide all required information. Inaccurate or incomplete registrations may be rejected.
3. Entry to the Event (Webinar)
3.1. Attendees are required to log in to the OnAIR portal to access the webinar and will be sent login details beforehand.
4. Recording of questions
4.1. All Event attendees acknowledge that the text of questions they ask in the live chat will be recorded. A summary of questions and answers, minus details of who asked the question, will be subsequently published in the EventsAir Education Webinar Library pages.
5. Liability
5.1. The event organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during the event, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the organizer.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct during the event, treating others with respect and behaving in a manner that promotes a safe and inclusive environment. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the event.
7. Changes to the Event
7.1. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, content, speakers, venue, fees or any other aspect, and will communicate any changes to registered participants in a timely manner.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and any disputes arising from the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
9. Privacy
9.1 By completing the registration form, you acknowledge the details supplied by you may be made available to the Organizer, and any suppliers working on the event (for the purpose of your involvement).
9.2 Your First Name, Last Name and Organization if provided will be shared on the OnAIR Portal. You will receive your login details to the app closer to the event to adjust your profile and set your sharing preferences
